Summary scope of contract:
1) To develop the project documentation of the technicaland economic calculation (TEC) stage for the set Tasks by the Customer;
2) To develop the adequate work plan and an interdependent complex of actionsfor implementation and development of SCADA for SChS, taking into account the Tasks set by the Customer;
3) To prepare the specification on development of the appropriate software for SCADA;
4) To prepare the technical specifications and tender documentation for the subsequent works performance, connected with SCADA implementation, according to procedures of the international competitive bidding;
5) To assist the Customer in technical evaluation of bids from bidders, and also at the stage of the signing of a contract with future Contractor;
6) To perform the technical supervision in the period of SCADA system implementation.
