Development Objective

The proposed second operation of the program will continue to support the Government of Rajasthan’s program for the turnaround of the distribution sector in Rajasthan under the 24x7 Power for All program. The Program Development Objectives are to support the turnaround of the electricity distribution sector in Rajasthan, by (a) strengthening the governance framework, (b) enhancing policies torestructure its finances, and (c) improving its operational performance.
