TO SUPPORT GOI'S LONG-TERM POLICY AGENDA FOR POWER SECTOR, INCLUDINGINCREASED PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION, RESTRUCTURING OF PLN, IMPLE-MENTING REGULARTORY OVERSIGHT IN THE POWER SECTOR, AND INTRODUCINGA FORMULA-BASED TARIFF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCT THE FOLLOWING POWERPLANTS: BANDARMASIN THERMAL PLANT; BESAI HYDRO POWER AND COMMISSIONPLANT; AND TWO BARGE MOUNTED POWER PLANTS.
