Abstract*

The Banco Industrial Mining Project will help finance the foreign exchange cost component of projects in the private mining and industrial sectors. The IFC investment will increase the subscribed share capital of BISA directly, and indirectly, by requiring a 2:1 pari passu investment from other sources.
