THE PROJECT WILL FINANCE SURFACE DRESSING (2700 KM) AND SURFACEOVERLAYS (200 KM) OVER A TWO-YEAR PERIOD, TO START ELIMINATING THEBACKLOG OF DEFERRED MAINTENANCE. IT WILL ALSO INTRODUCE HMS, ASSISTTHE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, IMPROVE ROAD SAFETY, AND REVIEW ENVIRON-MENTAL IMPACT OF ROAD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
