Abstract*
The Second National Seed Project will be the second phase in the development of India's National Seed Program to increase the availability of high quality seed. The first phase project covered four states. The project extends the coverage to five more states--Bihar, Karnataka, Orissa, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
