Development Objective

1. To improve accessibility and quality of the water supply at an affordable level in Lviv, and to restore public confidence in the sector. 2. To improve the efficiency of LVK's technical, commercial and financial operations through a management and operations improvement advisory services contract. 3. To enhance LVK's financial capacity through reducing operating costs , better justified investment selection, progressive full-cost-recovery policies, and effective consumer-oriented commercial practices.
