PROJECT WILL FINANCE ROAD REHABILITATION & MAINTENANCE ON THE NON-CONC ESSIONED FEDERAL HIGHWAY NETWORK. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO SUPPORT AN INS TITUTIONAL BUILDING COMPONENT TO STRENGTHEN THE NATIONAL HIGHWAYS DEPA RTMENT.
