THE PROJECT WILL AUGMENT LONG-TERM RESOURCES OF DBP AND, IN TURN, OFPARTICIPATING BANKS WITH THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ASSISTING PRIVATESECTOR ENTERPRISES TO HELP IMPLEMENT THEIR EXPANSION AND MODERNIZATIONPLANS TO UNDERTAKE NEW PROJECTS, AND TO FINANCE PERMANENT WORKINGCAPITAL REQUIREMENTS.
