The Community Based Urban Development Project will demonstrate inclusive, and replicable approaches for the sustainable delivery of basic municipal services, in poor un-served, or under-serviced settlements, and, facilitate partnerships between poor urban communities, local, and state governments for decision-making, related to on-site public expenditures in settlements, thereby fostering good governance.
