To facilitate the creation of an enabling environment for climate change adaptation in CARICOM small island and coastal developing states (the participating countries are: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Jamaica, St. Christopher and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago).
