Abstract*

The development objective of the national HIV/AIDS program, supported by the Multi-Sectoral HIV/AIDS Project, is to reduce the transmission of HIV, improve the quality of life of those infected and affected by AIDS, and mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS in all sectors, and at all levels of Malawian society.
