Abstract*

This is the Second Eastern Indonesia Region Transport Project, of two complementary transport projects which are aimed at supporting economic growth, and improved social welfare in 16 provinces, and about 190 "kabupatens" and "kotas" (districts and municipalities) of the Eastern Indonesia Region.
