Development Objective

The objective of the program is to support the Governments efforts to improve access of the poor to improved housing and serviced land and to promote greater efficiency of the housing finance systems and government subsidies to low income households. The program thus deepens the reform agenda to promote efficiency of the financial sector and improve economic opportunity.
