	Comment	Results of recent road inventory and re-categorization in Peru pushed up the regional network’s length to 23,740 km from the14,270km at the preparation stage of the project. Therefore, the baseline of 15% now corresponds to 9%.	To be measured at project end.	The original end target of 35% was decreased to 17% because the size of the secondary road networked increased after areclassification of roads.
