Abstract*

The Second Public Service Management Program Support Project will help improve the process of determining budget allocations in order to further support poverty, as well as continuing to reinforce the role of the budget as an instrument to reflect government priorities, and discipline the use of public funds. Transparency and accountability will be further increased in the budget, and procurement systems, payments and incentive systems will be improved...
