Development Objective

The objectives of the project are to; (i) launch Government of Karnataka's urban water sector reform process based on the 'Urban Drinking Water and Sanitation Policy Statement of GOK', and (ii) improve urban water supply services in the participating urban local bodies (Hubli-Dharwad, Belgaum, and Gulbarga) and demonstrate that sustainable, efficient, and commercially-oriented service provision can be achieved.
