Abstract*

The objective of the Decentralized Urban Capacity Building Project of Burkina Faso is to strengthen the delivery of urban services at the municipal level with special emphasis on Ouagadougou, Bobo-Dioulasso, Koudougou, Banfora, Ouahigouya, and Kaya.
