CommentIt was revealed that the three separate regions were regulated under different tariff structures and therefore required differentbaselines for the project monitoring indicators, therefore the project is using the adjusted Dec 2010 figures as a baseline.CRIformula = (energy billed by distribution companies / energy purchased by distribution companies) multiplied by (electricitybillings paid by consumers / total electricity billings issued to consumers).Data used to calculate this indicator has been extracted from CDEEE monthly report of May 2013 (latest data available).CRI cumulative six months.
