The Romania Judicial Reform Project will contribute to achieving priority goals of the Country Partnership Strategy through supporting structural reforms in the judicial system. Establishment of an independent and efficient judiciary is one of the core European Union requirements in the context of Romania's accession. The project's specific aims are to (a) to increase efficiency of the Romanian courts, and (2) to improve accountability of the judiciary...
