Abstract*

The Dominica Growth and Social Protection Technical Assistance Project has the development objective of enhancing the Government's effectiveness to deliver public goods and services by strengthening the institutional capacity of key agencies to facilitate Dominica's private sector competitiveness and productivity and to provide targeted social assistance to reduce poverty.
