The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to reduce releases of dioxins, furans and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) in Tunisia bystrengthening the Recipient’s legal and institutional framework and establishing sound and sustainable management programs for improving management and final disposal of healthcare waste (HCW) and PCBs.
