The Project Development Objectives of the Road Infrastructure and Safety Project of Bosnia and Herzegovina are to reduce user costs on the priority sections of the trunk and regional road networks, to improve the institutional framework for road safety, and to modernize road maintenance practices.     CommentBaseline surveys were carried out in 2012.Survey conducted in four cities in FBH on seat-belt usage showed rise in usage after campaign from 37% to 44% for front seatpassengers, and 35 to 44% for children in back seat, but no difference for drivers.In RS a very detailed behaviour and attitudesurveys on use of seatbelts and on seatbelt wearing has been undertaken at 5 locations across RS as a part of assessing attitudesto seatbelt wearing for use in planning and designing future media campaigns on this topic.
