Development Objective

1. To provide the foundation for effective, efficient and transparent functioning of the GoSS by: (i) strengthening the capacity of key ministries; (ii), improving the management of information within government; and, (iii) enhancing the government#s capacity for internal and external communications. 2. To increase access to labour market, welfare and vocational training services by developing the government#s capacity for regulating the labour market and designing and implementing labour market and vocational training programs.
