Abstract*

The objective of the Chiller Energy Efficiency Project in the Philippines is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by replacing inefficient chillers, including both old Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC)-based chillers and non-CFC-based chillers.
