Sierra Leone-Rapid Response Growth Poles: Community-Based Livelihood and Food Support Program

Development Objective

The objectives of the Project are to: (i) reduce hunger and deprivation in two of the poorest Districts of the Recipient s territory in the Seli River area, directly affected by the global economic crisis and recent drought and flooding, by distributing food packages to targeted groups; and (ii) restore livelihoods, sustain services, and enhance local capacities through Rapid Response Growth Poles (RRGP) activities.
