    CommentThe construction of the 45 cereal banks facilities and 5 animal fodder banks fully completed since July 2012. The whole quantitiesof cereals procured, distributed By July 2012. These banks have functioned well during the 2012 and 2013 lean seasons (Augustand September in 2012 and 2013). All stocks have been renewed after the 2012 and 2013 rainy seasons. After the 2012 test a newcycle started in the 2013 lean period from July 2013.targets : Content of 45 village lean banks and 5 animal fodder banks has been renewed three times over the past 3 years.
