Development Objective
To achieve the objectives of the PDDEB to raise the educational level and diversify the skills of the labor force to help promote equitable economic growth, the proposed PEBSG-3 operation will support Government reforms and further strengthen its education sector institutions to: (i) Increase access and equity to basic education (ii) Improve the quality, efficiency, and relevance of basic education, and (iii) Strengthen sector management and monitoring and evaluation of the sector.
