Multi-Donor Trust Fund for PNG-IBBS
Development Objective
The objective of this task is to co-finance the PNG IBBS Survey. The purpose of the survey is to significantly improve the targeting and effectiveness of the HIV/AIDS response by the Government of PNG (GoPNG) and developing partners. The survey will provide accurate information regarding the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in PNG and its biological and behavioral determinants, thereby:-Accurately informing policy and guiding the design of HIV interventions and programs in PNG;-Ensuing that resources earmarked for HIV/AIDS are used more effectively.
