Development Objective

It's the second operation of a series of two Development Policy Loans supporting the government’s policy reforms in two key areas: (i) Strengthening transparency and accountability in the management of public resources; and (ii) Fostering open governance. The program development objective is to support the concretization of key new constitutional governance principles and rights, aimed at increasing transparency and accountability and enhancing citizen engagement and access to information.
