Development Objective
This series of two operations will help fill the projected fiscal gap of about 5% of GDP over the medium term, and support policy reforms in the areas of non-oil tax policy and administration, public investment management, and subsidies reform (including the establishment of a targeting mechanism to protect the poor and vulnerable). FY15 for first operation, FY16 for second operation.
