CLEAR - South Asia Phase 3

Development Objective

The objectives of the project are three fold for the CLEAR South Asia Center at IFMR: (i) clients will gain knowledge in, and the motivation to use M&E methods, approaches, tools, and findings; (ii) partners (other M&E capacity providers and other CLEAR Centers) will gain knowledge on how to develop M&E capacities of their clients; and (iii) the center will work toward the achievement of institutional and financial viability.
