Abstract*

The Tackling Afghanistan’s Government HRM and Institutional Reforms Project of Afghanistan has the objective to strengthen the capacity of selected line ministries and agencies through merit-based requirement of key positions, improved personnel management, and better HR planning. The project is comprised of three components: (1) Human Resource Capacity Injection; (2) Personnel and Payroll Management; and (3) Support to Administrative Reforms.
