As other Pacific island countries, Papua New Guinea (PNG) has access to Australia's and New Zealand (A&NZ)'s labor market through the three labor mobility schemes - i.e., New Zealand’s Recognized Seasonal Employer Scheme (RSE) and Australia’s Seasonal Worker Programme (SWP) and Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) – which are currently being consolidated as two streams under the new Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme.
