Abstract*

The proposed MPA includes three phases focused on three components (or thematic areas) that address the most pressing education challenges in WB&G. Phase 1 will, on the one hand, respond to medium-term needs resulting from missed learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Gaza conflict, and on the other, lay the foundations for long-term reform of the system.
