Contract Identification: Procurement of Data Entry Services for 13 Districts

1. The Government of Pakistan has received a loan from International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Land Records Management and Information Systems Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Data Entry Services. Bidding is open to all bidders as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004 revised October 2006) of World Bank.
2. The Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for carrying out the Data Entry of Land Records for Thirteen Districts of the Punjab Province.
3. Bidding documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address given at the bottom of this pageupon payment of a non refundable fee of Pak Rupees 2,000/-, or it's equivalent in a freely convertible currency submitted in the Treasury, State Bank of Pakistan under Account Head "C 03870-Others". Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by security of 2% of the total quoted bid price per lot, and shall be delivered to the address given at the bottom of the page on or before October 26, 2011 at 1000 hrs at which time they will be opened in the presence of the bidders whowish to attend.
