1. The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Natural Gas Efficiency Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds under the contracts for following tenders.
2. The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following lots that shall conform to the technical specifications and Schedule of Requirements as mentioned in bidding document.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011 revised July 2014) ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from SSGC, NGEP Department, through email ngep@ssgc.com.pk during mentioned office hours i.e. 0900 to 1600 hours.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English for each tender mentioned above may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application tothe address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs 2,000 for each bidding document. The method of payment will be Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favour of "Sui Southern Gas Company Limited" or Cash. The complete set of bidding forms required to be filled by bidders may be downloaded from SSGC website www.ssgc.com.pk/web/tenders.php.
6. A bidder may bid for one or more lots of each bid document; however, the bidder is required to bid for entire (100%) quantity of the Lot(s) for which he shall bid. Evaluation and comparison of bids for each lot shall be carried out separately.
7. Bids must be delivered at given address on March 11, 2015 at 11:00 am. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened after 30 minutes of bid submission time in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a "2% Bid Security" of the total bid amount in form of bank guarantee as mentioned in the bidding document.
