- [1]Government of Nepal has received a loan/credit/grant from The World Bank, IDA funded towards the cost of EVENT Project-II and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for 61420-NP, Project ID Number: P163018. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. The EVENT Project-II, PS invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following Goods under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of EVENT Project-II, PS, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu and Project website: event.gov.np. Email: eventproject2018@gmail.com, Phone: 01-4786411, 01-4786311 or may visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of EVENT Project-II, PS, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu on or before 12 Hrs on 20 September, 2021 (B.S. 4th Ashoj, 2078) as per e-GP System Operation Guidelines 2074.
5. Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14 Hrs on 20 September, 2021 at the office of EVENT Project-II, PS, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum as stated above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period i.e. 19 January, 2022.
6. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
