Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan announces a competition for selection for the position:
International Consultant for the Development of a District Plan Planning Tool for the ECD
The task is to assist the Ministries and PIG to develop a planning tool that will allow local administrations and communities to develop their plans accounting needs of ECD for support the implementation of the ECD Basic Package service in the districts.
- Not less than 8 years of experience in similar assignments;
- Intensive experience in development of the methodologies to assess the supply and demand side for services; experience of development of such methodologies in health and/or education sectors is a strong advantage;
- Experience in development of awareness-raising methodology for communities to assess their needs;
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting trainings in the needs assessment, awareness raising; and in monitoring of these activities;
- Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
Higher education in the field of business administration, management, economics, health, or education area are the must.
