1. The Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Additional Financing for Georgia Emergency COVID-19 Response Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Immune Globulin (Human)

2. The Ministry of IDP from the Occupied Territories, Labor, health and Social Affairs of Georgia now invite electronic Quotations from eligible Suppliers for Procurement of 100 Vial of Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human).

3.      Request for Quotation will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (July 2016, edited November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Emergency COVID-19 Response Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia:

On or before the deadline – August 17 2022, 15:00 Tbilisi time.

The electronic Bid opening procedures shall be: Georgian E-Government Procurement System. The Record of the Bid Opening will be uploaded in the E-Procurement System following the bid opening.

7.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document

8.      All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.  

9.      In accordance the Procurement Regulations the purchaser will disclose information on the successful bidders.
