TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM AT VPDP WAREHOUSE.
- The Single Project Implementation Unit of Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC/SPIU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM AT VPDP WAREHOUSE. The delivery period is 120 days from the date of contract signature. This tender is comprised on one lot.
- The bidding Document may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000Frw) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency deposited to any RRA account opened at any commercial Bank in Rwanda.
- The bid submission will be done through e-procurement system (umucyo.gov.rw) and the deadline of bids submission is scheduled on 5th, April 2022 at 11:00 am.
- The opening of bids will be done through e-procurement system (umucyo.gov.rw) on the same day (5th, April 2022 at 11:30 am).
- Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 9,012,718 Frw the validity period of the bid security shall be 150 days.
- The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
