SOURCE OF FUND:

1. The Single Project Implementation Unit of the Rwanda Biomedical Center (SPIU-RBC) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Ambulances as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

1. The tender is comprising by one indivisible lot

1. Tender Documents may be downloaded after payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 Frw) through www.rra.gov.rw

1. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of three million thousand Rwandan Francs (3,200,000 Frw) issued by any financial institution

1. Bids will be submitted through Rwanda On-line E-procurement System on www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than See E-procurement.    
2. Bids will be opened on see E-procurement
