  1. Ukraine has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Additional Financing to Ukraine Emergency COVID-19 Response Vaccination Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Equipment for Anesthetic breathing apparatus supply.
  2. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the purchase of the following goods:

Anesthetic breathing apparatus

Quantity: three hundred (300) pieces

Final Destination – throughout Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovs'k, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsk, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Donetsk oblasts and Kyiv city).

  1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September, 2023 edition) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below (1) during office hours from 10:00 to 17:00.
  3. A complete set of electronic Bidding Documents in English and Ukrainian (a file in Portable Document File (PDF) format) may be received by interested eligible bidders for free upon the submission of a written application to the address below (1).
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below (1) before 2:00 p.m. local time on February 14, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below (2) at 2:10 p.m. local time on February 14, 2024.

  1. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration in the form specified in the tender documentation.
