1. The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit – Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of ECCE Learning Kits.
2. The PMIU-PESRP, PHCIP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having relevant experience of executing similar contracts for supply of “Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) Learning Kits comprising of 84 items per school in 4829 schools of selected districts of Punjab”.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website.
5. The complete set of bidding documents (Free of Cost) in English language may be downloaded from the website: https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1400 hours July 04, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on July 04, 2024 immediately. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security @ 1% of the bid price in shape of unconditional bank guarantee / call deposit receipt (CDR) / pay order (PO) / Banker’s Cheque.
