Brief Description of Services

The project has 5 regions comprising of 20 districts, 68 upazilas, 128 cluster offices under 223 unions and 3200 villages are covered under the RELIP. The duration of the Mid Term Impact Assessment shall be 150 days (from inception to final report), Details are mentioned in TOR.

17.

Qualification & Experiences

1. Interested consultants (firms) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the assignment. The consultant firm should be experienced and reputed in the field, having at least 5 years’ experience in Impact Study from nature of project particularly with development organizations.

2. The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:

  • Registration of firm (at least 5 years);
  • Availability of key professionals;
  • Availability of resources including support services;
  • Turnover of the consulting firm evidence of at last 3 years Audit report;
  • Experience of the firm(s) in similar task (at least 2 nos.);
  • Evidence of the firm’s bank account;
  • Copies of recently completed two reports on Mid Term Review, especially related to rural and social development.

3. Interested firm(s) must provide focused information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services. Short listed firms may be asked to make a presentation of their work at the SDF office on an appointed date.

Other details

  • Incomplete/partial EoIs will be rejected.  Interested firm(s) must provide focused information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services.
  • The firm shall be selected in accordance with World Bank Guidelines for selection of Consultants (July 2016 revised) & PPR-2008.
  • Activities of implementing units are given in TOR.
  • The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EoIs or annul the EoI process at any stage without incurring any liability to the affected firm(s).
