- The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of the Republic of Mozambique has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Managing Public Resources for Service Delivery Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply, installation, customization, commissioning, and maintenance of an Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System in Mozambique.
- On December 04, 2024, the MEF issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) document and invited eligible Proposers to submit sealed Proposals to the address below on or before Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. hours, CAT - Central Africa Time.
- Following outcomes from the pre-Proposal meeting held on January 10, 2025, and to give prospective Proposers reasonable time to fully understand requirements of the e-GP System and take into account Purchaser’s clarifications in preparing their Proposals, the MEF decided to extend the deadline for the submission of Proposals in accordance with Section I - Instructions to Proposers (ITP), Clause 8.
- Consequently, the deadline for Proposal submission in Section II – Proposal Data Sheet Clause ITP 23.1 is changed to Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. hours, CAT - Central Africa Time.
- This Addendum Number 1 shall be part of the RFP document and shall be communicated in writing to all who have obtained the RFP in accordance with Clause ITP 6.3.
