1. The Government of Grenada- Ministry of Mobilization Implementation and Transformation (MIT) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Physical Space for Cybersecurity Office.

1. The Ministry of MIT now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for small works to include the construction of a two-story building to house the Network Operational Center (NOC and Cybersecurity Agency (CSA).  The building will be located in Morne Jaloux, St. George’s and the construction is estimated to be completed over a period of Eighteen (18) months.

1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Officer via e-mail at axel.joseph@procurement.gov.gd.

1. The bidding document in English may be requested by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

1. The deadline for bid submission is February 28th, 2025, at 2:00 pm. All bids should be submitted through the Electronic Procurement System. On receipt of the documents, a confirmation email would be sent acknowledging the names of the files received.

1. Electronic submission of bids will be permitted through the electronic procurement system, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/GND/aspx/Home bidders who desire to submit electronically are advised to register and submit all bids and queries through this portal.

1. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend using conferencing facilities such as MS Teams as specified below on February 13th, 2025, at 2:30 pm.

1. All Bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid-Securing Declaration.
