1. The Government of Balochistan (GOB) has received  financing from the World Bank toward Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project (BHCIP) (P166380) to improve utilization of quality health and education services in Balochistan particularly in refugee concentrated areas and to generate significant social and economic returns in the long term through a more educated and healthy population, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of following packages for Institutional Strengthening of Health Facilities.
2. The Project Director BHCIP(H) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction Works for Up-gradation/Rehabilitation & Improvement of Health Facilities in District Chagai as detailed below:

3.              Bidding will be conducted through National Open Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services” (July 2016) revised November 2017 and August 2018 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from office of the Project Director BHCIP (Health) and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 10:00 to 17:00 hours in working days at the address given below.
2. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 5,000/= for each package. The method of payment will be cash.  The documents are to be collected by hand. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1130 Hours 17th January, 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at BHCIP (H) office on 1200 Hours 17th January, 2023.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in favor of Secretary Health Department GOB, of PKR 1,500,000/= for Package-I and PKR 1,500,000/= for Package-II as mentioned in RFB.
4. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday 09th January, 2023 at 1130 hours in PMU-BHCIP (Health) Office at given below address.
5. Registered with P.E.C and renewed up-to 30th June 2023, in C-4 Category or above with relevant Code CE-09 & CE-10.

7. The tender issuance date shall be 2nd January 2023.
