Network Wiring

Imported CAT6 Networking cable (Solid Bare Copper/Pure copper, Conductor Diameter: 0.560mm Nominal, 23 AWG.) with wall-mounted RJ45 Faceplates, 35 Nodes, and PVC ducts for deploying the network wires inside the building with all installation accessories, and with patch cord as per requirement at site.

The total count shall be calculated in meters as per actual at the site.
Faceplates Details: Single Gang Faceplate, 1 Port with Cat6 RJ45 Jack (I/O) with relevant accessories for installation & fixing, included standard size back box to cover the wires & I/Os.

I/O’s Detail: RJ45 Jack Keystone with 0ption Color Contact Bracket. RJ45 Jack. Contact Material: Phosphor Bronze with Nickel Plated finish.
RJ 45 Connector Detail: Contact terminal: phosphor bronze with Nickel Plated finish.

Six Core, Single Mode, Optical Fiber Cable, suitable for indoor/outdoor installation in PVC conduit or in dura duct, including the cost of relevant accessories and installation.
The total count shall be calculated in meters as per actual at the site.

The offeror must be an agent/dealer or reseller of required item in Pakistan, with a minimum of Three (3) years of experience in supplies.

Supplier/dealer should have a documented track of completing at least five (5) similar assignments, involving the supply of a comparable scale. Documentary proof to be provided.

Offeror must provide the quality assurance certificate, and performance satisfactory certificates from last supplies made.

The offeror must be income Tax and Sales Tax registered and must be on active tax payer list of FBR prior to issuance of purchase order.

One-year full warranty should be provided. After sales service will be required.

Quotation must be signed and stamped. Bid validity must be 60 days

Used, refurbished, below specification, late, conditional, incomplete and optional quotations will not be acceptable.

Supply and installation within 30 days of issuance of Purchase Order/Notification of Award.

Prices shall be fixed and bid price should be in Pak Rupees.

Project Director is the competent authority for grievance redressal.  

Non-compliance of the criteria will result in rejection of the quotation.
